Disney Making Nixed 'Museum of the Weird' Attraction into Movie

Disney has already taken attractions like Pirates of the Caribbean and a new take on The Haunted Mansion with Guillermo del Toro, but now the House of Mouse is looking at taking an attraction that never made it to the park into theaters instead. 24 Frames reports that the canceled 1960's attraction The Museum of the Weird is heading into development as a motion picture. The studio is currently talking with Ahmet Zappa (writer/actor son of musician Frank Zappa) to script the adaptation. The
