In Vortex Pinnacle you can use NoAddiction to noclip hack and spawn beneath the "floating" trash that fills up the entire instance. Pull the mobs with the speed hack enabled to avoid mass damage and kill them from beneath the ground with AOE attacks. I've found that this is especially nice for Blood DK's as you can lay down DnD, pop Blood Boil a few times as well as use your AOE Melee attack and noclip away from damage then re-appear and continue burning the mobs down.Here's a list of mobs
