'The Dark Knight Rises' Adds Matthew Modine and Tom Conti to Cast

Well, earlier today The Dark Knight Rises opened up their viral gates with the launching of the official website for the film, and the first official look at Tom Hardy as Bane (seriously, he just looks so hardcore). Now the excitement has died down a bit, but two more actors have apparently joined the cast, even as production is already underway across the world.
